This painting will be headed to the beautiful Longbranch Gallery in Mineral Point, Wisconsin for the "Peep Show" opening Saturday, March 5. Obviously, my interpretation of "peep show" is seemingly G-rated, however, my paintings will have an interactive feature that will reveal something else!!! You have to go see them to find out!

Still pretty cold down by the lake today and lots of ice, but the subtle colors of sky continues to draw us to the water. These additional pictures are of iceburgs that will soon disappear. Thought the pair looked like they were kissing and the single one is just enormous.

Enjoyed some time at Schlitz over the weekend. The lakefront is all ice now, can barely see the water. I then packed all my gear in the car to head home, but set it up all over again to enjoy a late afternoon painting. The adhesive toe warmers (double decker method) are the best invention ever for winter plein air painters!
