Schlitz Audubon #24
It was warm this morning at the lakefront, well relatively speaking. Very calm and peaceful. Spotted this nice little nest along a path, thought the snow looked like a giant egg in the nest.
Pamela - I met you last Thursday when walking the beach with a friend. Thank you for your card and invite to your blog. I love, love love your winter horizon paintings at Schlitz. I moved from the area (lived right across from the entrance) last June and more then anything miss my daily walks on the beach. I have several photos and sketches but never launched into painting "the line" - you inspire me. Like you, that ever changing line between sky and water mesmerizes me and none more then in winter. Are your paintings for sale? lizetteberlin@gmail.com.
